Job summary

LCMC Health, based in Louisiana, seeks an accomplished executive to lead Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Oncology across the health system. The role drives strategy, operational excellence, and clinical innovation to enhance patient access and outcomes.

Applicants should have a Master’s in a relevant field (Doctoral preferred) and 10+ years of healthcare leadership, including multi-site oversight of imaging and oncology services. ARRT certification and LSRTBE license required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, public health, or related field.
• Doctoral degree preferred.
• 10+ years progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• 5+ years senior leadership overseeing Diagnostic Imaging and/or Radiation Oncology.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-site healthcare operations.
• ARRT Certification and LSRTBE license.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Oncology across the health system.
• Provide executive oversight for multi-site imaging and oncology operations to improve access and patient satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, safety, and quality while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Foster physician partnerships and develop leaders across clinical and operational teams.
• Champion innovations in imaging, oncology, digital health, AI, and new technologies.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets and optimize reimbursement and resource allocation.
