Job summary

LCMC Health seeks a transformative executive to define the vision and strategy for Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Oncology across the system. You will lead multi-site operations, align clinical and operational priorities, and drive patient-centered growth with a focus on access and outcomes.

We are looking for a veteran leader who can build partnerships with physicians, advance innovation, and steward financial and operational performance across a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing Diagnostic Imaging and/or Radiation Oncology services.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-site healthcare operations.
• Proven track record of strategic growth, transformation, and collaboration with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Oncology across the health system.
• Provide executive oversight for multi-site imaging and oncology operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, access, and efficiency.
• Foster physician partnerships and leadership development across teams.
