Anchor Health Properties in Arlington, VA seeks a Vice President, Development Finance to lead complex development and investment transactions from pursuit through closing. You will shape investment strategy, manage associates, and partner with health systems, brokers, lenders, and capital partners to drive portfolio growth.

The role demands deep real estate investment acumen, hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of closing high‑volume deals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of commercial real estate experience with development leadership.
Proven track record underwriting complex transactions, healthcare or CRE preferred.
Advanced financial modeling and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple, complex transactions including capitalization, underwriting, due diligence, and closing.
Oversee development finance with deal structuring and capital partner selection.
Size, negotiate, and close construction and construction-to-permanent financing.
Coordinate with development teams on entitlements and contracts to align milestones.
Develop acquisitions, developments, and structured finance opportunities.
Mentor analysts and team members; influence investment strategy.
