Job summary

Anchor Health Properties seeks a Development Director to oversee day-to-day development of new medical facility real estate projects. You will assemble teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients through the full development lifecycle from feasibility to occupancy.

The role supports offices in Franklin, TN; Charlottesville, VA; or Atlanta, GA, with a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or construction management preferred.
• 3–7 years of real estate or construction development experience.
• Experience with outpatient healthcare development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manage complete project development teams, including RFP processes, to secure primary project team vendors.
• Conduct project feasibility studies, including property due diligence, conceptual budgeting and scheduling, financial analysis, and preparation of deliverable packages.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, keeping both the client and development team apprised of status.
• Coordinate the design and development of new real estate projects to facilitate post move-in transition to property management.
• Provide expert advice and guidance regarding real estate development to clients.
• Assist in securing project financing including coordination with multiple departments to close and negotiate with investors.
