Morgan Stanley is seeking a hands-on Developer Engagement Engineer (Vice President) to lead engagement with developers across Firmwide tools. You will run demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, creating patterns and guidance that accelerate adoption of AI coding tools.

The role sits at the intersection of software engineering, developer experience, and governance in a regulated enterprise. You will collaborate with platform owners, risk partners, and senior technology leaders to scale

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineer with SDLC and developer tooling experience.
• Experience presenting to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate feedback into actionable platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Engage developers via demos, workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Create reusable examples, patterns, and guidance to accelerate adoption.
• Develop enablement content: guides, playbooks, scripts, and updates.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to address blockers and define good usage.
