• Degree in architecture or interior design required; licensure is a plus.
• 12+ years in architecture/design, including 7+ years on owner/developer side in luxury real estate.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Select and manage design consultants, scopes, MoUs, and fee negotiations.
• Direct architecture, interiors, and landscape; establish standards across the portfolio.
