Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Architect or related design professional.
• 15+ years of experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality and multi-use developments.
• Experience leading external architectural and design consultant teams.
• Experience with luxury mountain resorts or master-planned residential communities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural vision and design strategy across the wider development.
• Coordinate internationally recognised architects, interior designers and consultants.
• Oversee projects from concept design through documentation and construction.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards, budget and programme objectives.
• Review design packages and provide strategic direction to project teams.
• Partner with Development, Construction, Operations and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Drive innovation while maintaining buildability, member experience and asset value.
