Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• 15+ years of attorney experience, including leading complex litigation.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Company's litigation strategy and defense.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with business goals to reduce risk.
• Identify, retain, and manage outside counsel for litigation and compliance support.
• Provide counsel to Corporate Compliance and HR on internal investigations.
• Advise executives on litigation, insurance coverage, and related matters.
• Oversee budgeting and allocation of resources for litigation matters.
