Boston Medical Center seeks a strategic, senior legal executive to lead enterprise litigation, claims, captive insurance, and commercial insurance programs. The VP will counsel the General Counsel and senior leaders on exposure, strategy, and risk mitigation across the health system.

The role oversees medical malpractice, employment-related claims, and partnerships with Finance on insurance design and governance, driving cross-functional alignment and proactive risk management.

Formación

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 10 years in complex healthcare, insurance and litigation leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise litigation strategy across healthcare, professional liability, employment and contracts.
• Oversee professional liability claims, captive and commercial insurance programs, and risk financing.
• Partner with Finance, Governance, and external counsel on reserves, coverage, and long-range risk planning.
