Job summary

The Apex Group is a global financial services provider actively expanding its Open-Ended Fund Accounting-Integration team in India. The Vice President – Delivery Lead will coordinate with Global Client Service Managers and Onboarding teams to set up and integrate administration for open-ended funds.

Qualifications

• Experience working with an investment management or finance-related firm.
• Strong knowledge of the investment industry with end-to-end experience in hedge fund administration.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work extra hours and contribute as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily workflows of all client deliverables within the team.
• Oversee fund setup of new business launches/conversions and project management; perform reviews as needed.
• Onboard clients and migrate data onto Apex accounting platforms; review fund structures in the accounting system.
• Perform data migrations, mappings, and uploads; ensure reconciliation to financial statements.
• Lead projects related to automations, migrations, conversions, and process improvements.
