Apex Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President (Open-Ended Transfer Agency Integration) in India. You will join a team handling onboarding, KYC, AML, and FATCA/CRS operations for hedge funds, coordinating with global client service managers and onboarding teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment management or finance firm with end-to-end fund administration.
• Experience in onboarding, AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and investor transfer/migration.
• Familiarity with Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda AML guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor setup for new launches and conversions; project management.
• Perform quality reviews for multiple entity types per AML policies.
• Collaborate with global teams to fulfill KYC requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review tax forms (W-9/W-8) and FATCA/CRS reporting; onboarding and migration.
• Prepare contract notes and NAV templates; handle reconciliations and investor queries.
• Monitor SLAs and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deliverables.
• Lead or participate in automation/migration/process-improvement projects.
