Job summary

Callan is seeking a Vice President to join the Defined Contribution Research and Consulting team. You will help large U.S.

plan sponsors with DC administration, fees, governance and compliance, while building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. The role is hybrid (office/home) with about three days in the office, reporting to Callan’s senior vice president and defined contribution practice leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years in the DC industry with experience evaluating recordkeepers.
• Strong client communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects and partner with colleagues on recordkeeper tasks.
• Conduct due diligence on DC recordkeepers and service providers.
• Develop analyses of fees and services and present to clients.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements.
