Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Science Lead in Wealth Management Decision Sciences to drive insights and ML solutions that improve client outcomes, product performance, and operational efficiency.

You will partner with product, strategy, and operations, framing problems, defining success, and delivering clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role emphasizing creativity and impact.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of analytics experience.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience leading data scientists to deliver analytics and ML solutions.
• Ability to frame problems with success metrics and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, strategy, and operations to support wealth management initiatives.
• Apply statistical methods and AI-assisted approaches to business problems.
• Lead end-to-end analytics delivery from framing to senior stakeholder communication.
• Develop analytics approaches for ML and trigger capabilities at scale.
• Analyze client usage to understand risk, portfolio allocations, and outcomes.
• Operationalize experimentation to quantify impact and guide prioritization.
• Assess client experience and identify measurable value opportunities.
• Identify AI/use-case opportunities to improve productivity and decision quality.
