JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Manager, Applied Machine Learning - Vice President within the Consumer and Community Banking Data Science organization. You will partner with business leaders to identify and solve high-impact problems using machine learning, guiding end-to-end delivery from framing and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 8+ years or Doctorate (PhD) with 6+ years in data science or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience developing statistical/ML/AI models.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML theory beyond empirical validation.
• Proficient in Python, R or Scala; familiar with Spark/Hadoop stack.

Responsibilities

• Define data science vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization.
• Lead a team of contributors and potentially other leaders; mentor and grow staff.
• Attract and retain data science talent to maximize value.
• Oversee design and deployment of ML/AI statistical models; ensure robustness.
