Job summary

Compass is seeking a Vice President of Data Products & Solutions to own two portfolios: Internal Enablement and External Commercial Products. You will lead a data-driven transformation, deliver value-focused product experiences, and convert adoption into measurable EBITDA with external revenue streams.

You will partner with executive leadership to build a world-class team, set a vision for data as a product, and ensure data ethics is the foundation of all monetization efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management and leadership in data products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a compelling product vision for dual portfolios: Internal Enablement and External Commercial Products.
• Drive monetization and EBITDA impact across internal tools and external API pipelines.
• Instill a Data as a Product operating model with value creation and unit economics at its core.
• Set high standards for data visualization across all product surfaces and simplify complex datasets for executives and agents.
• Maintain a firewall around agent and client data while enabling external product opportunities.
• Partner with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to embed data products in strategic decisions.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class product team aligned with Compass entrepreneurship principles.
• Act as a culture carrier, communicating progress and building organizational momentum.
