Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Data Lineage Program Manager to lead data lineage workstreams from initiation through production launch. You will build and run the PMO capability, shaping an integrated program roadmap across business lines, corporate functions, and technology teams.

You will ensure clear outcomes, ownership, and evidence, while providing senior stakeholder-ready updates to keep delivery on track and aligned with risk and controls priorities.

Qualifications

• Seven years or more of relevant industry experience in program delivery, governance, risk, controls, data, or technology change.
• Experience delivering data lineage programs across complex data ecosystems.
• Leadership of enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs with senior governance and escalations.
• Ability to build/run PMO capabilities including governance, reporting, and integrated planning.
• Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple concurrent deliverables across teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management to align teams with differing priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project and PM tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (listed above).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leads to translate outcomes into an integrated plan with clear ownership and milestones.
• Manage workstreams end-to-end from planning to production launch.
• Define definitions and completion criteria for comparable outcomes across teams.
• Lead governance forums to maintain stakeholder alignment and timely decisions.
• Deliver regular status updates, communications, and action tracking to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans; escalate when needed.
• Produce executive-ready reporting, metrics, and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Establish and operate PMO mechanisms including governance, cadence, and communications.
• Implement standardized processes, templates, tools, and a consolidated reporting pack.
• Maintain a single integrated roadmap across business and technology plans.
• Track day-to-day program hygiene: risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies, escalation.
