Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director to lead its data lineage delivery in the Firmwide Chief Data Office Strategy and Execution team. You will own the integrated roadmap, align many teams, remove blockers, and provide concise risk and progress reporting to senior stakeholders.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with broad firmwide impact. You will orchestrate governance, planning, and evidence expectations, driving execution discipline and enterprise transparency across business,

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of relevant industry experience, including senior program leadership for complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise‑scale programs across multiple organizations and technology teams with governance and escalation.
• Proven track record delivering data lineage programs and integrated roadmaps.
• Ability to establish governance, decision‑making, escalation, and execution cadence in a matrixed environment.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize a firmwide governance model with steering forums, cadence, and escalation paths.
• Align stakeholders on delivery approach, criteria, and evidence expectations for consistent outcomes.
• Clarify scope and engagement models with related initiatives.
• Translate program outcomes into an integrated roadmap with milestones and ownership.
• Consolidate plans into a single view and manage critical path and decisions.
• Standardize planning and reporting processes to improve transparency.
• Own program controls including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Establish measurable success metrics and risk reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure artifacts support auditability and traceability.
• Partner with data, technology, and control partners to define priorities and transitions to production.
• Lead design workshops and influence stakeholders across a matrixed environment.
