Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years relevant experience in Data Governance/Data Management.
• Advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Requires basic commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Effective communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple teams to implement Data Governance policies and Data Risk framework.
• Provide expertise on design, effectiveness, monitoring and self-assessment of governance and controls.
• Oversee data-related issues, track ownership and dates, and report metrics.
• Support rollout of enterprise Data Governance strategy and taxonomy with KPI changes.
• Gather and synthesize metrics on governance principles, policies, and standards.
• Produce recommendations for enterprise-wide guiding principles and processes.
• Determine requirements and prioritize development of new enterprise-wide policies.
• Develop and manage approach for measuring adoption of principles and policies.
