Job summary

HealthPartners/GHI seeks an accomplished Vice President, Data and Digital Solutions, to lead enterprise data, analytics, and digital platforms supporting Health Plan and Care Delivery. You will shape strategy, manage a broad portfolio, and drive governance, security, and regulatory compliance across a payer-provider model.

You will oversee development of data platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and scalable digital products, partnering with senior leaders to deliver patient/member/provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, Healthcare Administration, Data/Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as an executive responsible for data or digital delivery in healthcare.
• 12+ years in IT/data/digital leadership in healthcare or regulated environments.
• 10 years leading leaders and multidisciplinary teams managing large-scale platforms or portfolios.
• Demonstrated executive leadership across digital product management, platforms, data management, governance, analytics, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for data, analytics, digital products, web/mobile systems, integration services, and AI/automation.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery for digital experiences and internal platforms with 24x7 operations and disaster recovery.
• Lead enterprise data engineering, governance, analytics, AI, and automation across modern and legacy environments.
• Establish policies, standards, controls, and operating practices for data and digital portfolios, ensuring HIPAA/HITECH compliance.
• Build and develop high-performing, inclusive leadership teams and partner with clinical, business, and IT leaders to translate needs into roadmaps.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and governance forums; communicate progress and value to executives and stakeholders.
