Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital product management or data platform leadership.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing large, enterprise-scale teams.
• Proven ability to deliver complex enterprise digital platforms in regulated industries.
• Experience with data platforms, APIs, integration architectures, or distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across matrixed teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise PDP strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Provider Data Products including identity, canonical data models, APIs and analytics.
• Own design, delivery, and lifecycle management of PDP capabilities.
• Define governance, data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead enterprise capabilities for identity, profile, and data foundations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, data, and operations.
• Drive adoption and value realization across business units.
