Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a Senior Vice President, Data & Analytics to lead the unification, governance, and strategic deployment of analytics across a major home health and hospice enterprise. You will guide enterprise-wide data strategy, establish a single source of truth, and drive analytics maturation across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

You will oversee a cross-functional team, manage an integration-driven data program, and shape AI/ML governance in alignment with Optum

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data/analytics or information leadership roles.
• Healthcare sector experience and familiarity with HIPAA/CMS requirements.
• Experience leading analytics through major mergers or large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy aligned with clinical, operational, financial goals.
• Lead governance and establish a single source of truth across the enterprise.
• Oversee migration from MicroStrategy to Power BI and champion self-service analytics.
• Build centralized analytics organization spanning BI, data science, and reporting.
