Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a高‑level Data Center Sourcing and Costs Vice President to lead all data center services sourcing across architectures, construction, substation, and technology services. This role includes managing a cost team for build estimates and post-construction contracts, and executing framework agreements with strategic partners.

The role collaborates with design, engineering, and energy teams, steering negotiations from RFPs to project-specific commercial terms, and driving cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (engineering, business, economics, finance, construction management, or related legal/supply chain fields).
• 10+ years in dynamic sourcing leadership, preferably with global or multi-regional oversight.
• 7+ years of data center or mission-critical infrastructure experience.
• 10+ years of commercial/transactional contracts management experience including drafting, negotiation and administration.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Network Services, evaluating commercial terms, and negotiating agreements.
• Leading RFx processes and standardizing forms for in-system sourcing.
• Developing scopes of work for network and DC Services with design, engineering, and construction teams.
• Negotiating and executing contracts with vendors and ensuring compliance with obligations.
• Leading process improvements across supply chain systems and leading a team of contracts managers and cost experts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, finance, construction management, legal studies including Contract Law, Business Law, and/or Supply Chain
