Job summary

Ecotal in Miami, FL seeks a Vice President of Data Center Site Development to lead land, civil and infrastructure development for a national portfolio of large-scale campuses. You will drive site selection, due diligence, entitlements, and utility coordination to enable hyperscale data center growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in land/site development, civil engineering, or large-scale capital projects.
• Strong leadership across land evaluation, acquisition, permits, and civil site development.
• Deep knowledge of zoning, entitlements, and jurisdictional processes.
• Experience leading multi-market, greenfield data center/site programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead national site development strategy for hyperscale/data center campuses.
• Oversee land acquisition, entitlements, and site evaluation.
• Direct due diligence: ALTA/TOPO, geotechnical, environmental studies, and wetlands.
• Coordinate power, water, sewer, fiber, and other critical infrastructure requirements.
• Guide civil/site engineering strategies: mass grading, drainage, roads, access.
• Provide executive oversight of budgets, schedules, and execution strategies.
