magniX, based in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a VP of Sales, Data Centers to own the commerce strategy and build a robust pipeline with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and energy storage integrators. This onsite role in Everett requires travel and high-stakes dealmaking with cross-functional teams.

You will position magniX's 800-volt architecture as a differentiator, leading vertical growth in data centers and grid-support applications while collaborating with engineering and operations to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years in senior sales or business development
• 5+ years selling battery, power electronics, or energy storage to data center, hyperscale, or grid-scale markets
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Map and prioritize data center and energy storage opportunities (hyperscale, colocation, grid)
• Develop and implement a vertical sales strategy and pipeline
• Build relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, energy storage integrators, and data center partners
• Act as an evangelist for the magniX brand in the data center vertical
• Identify and pursue partnerships and close opportunities aligned with strategic plan and financial goals
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, and Operations to ensure timely delivery
• Create, track and maintain competitive market data for the vertical
• Prepare and deliver sales and pipeline reports to the CCO
• Partner with marketing for vertical literature and trade show presence
