Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Center Network Engineering Team.
• Drive hiring, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and resource planning.
• Define and execute long-term network and data center strategy across SDN fabrics, routing, segmentation, and hybrid cloud.
• Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code adoption.
• Lead large-scale data center migration programs.
• Own DR testing, failover readiness, and decommissioning efforts.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and security.
• Oversee lifecycle management including upgrades and EOL remediation.
