Job summary

Modivcare seeks a Vice President of Reporting and Data Analytics to spearhead data, reporting, and analytics for Personal Care Services. You will align data strategy with growth, service delivery, and financial performance while partnering with IT, Finance, and Compliance to drive governance and insights.

You will lead data integration across systems, establish KPI standards, and deliver executive dashboards to enable informed decisions and operational improvements across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, CS, data science, business, finance or healthcare administration.
• 12+ years in data, analytics, reporting, BI, data integration or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of progressive people leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCS data, reporting and analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee integration of operational, clinical, workforce, and financial data.
• Define and standardize KPIs, dashboards, and reporting methodologies.
• Build governed self-service reporting with standardized data models.
• Partner with IT, Compliance, Operations and Finance to drive performance improvements.
