Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Vice President, Data & Analytics Products based in the United States. This executive role leads the strategy, development, and commercialization of data products from discovery through launch and iteration, focusing on patient safety and healthcare quality improvements.

You will build a high-performing team, establish governance across data engineering and master data management, and partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data/analytics or technology with 4+ years in product leadership or P&L.
• Proven track record commercializing data products in healthcare.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy requirements and healthcare data standards.
• Executive-level communication with C-suite, boards, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and own data products strategy with a multi-year roadmap.
• Lead pricing, partnerships, licensing, and go-to-market planning.
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing data products team.
• Establish governance for data engineering and master data management.
• Present data product strategy and opportunities to executives and external partners.
