Job summary

StepStone Group LP seeks a Vice President, Product Management for its La Jolla, CA location. This role focuses on developing products for the Data Analytics and Technology Solutions platform and guiding functionality design for platform users.

You will leverage private markets experience to support engineering, perform quantitative investment analyses, and lead client presentations as part of business development. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years in private markets or similar, with project management and data analysis experience.
• Experience using MySQL for data storage and retrieval.
• Advanced Excel functions for financial metrics (IRR, TWR, PME).
• Experience building reports with Power BI/Power Pivot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new products and applications for the DATS platform.
• Plan and design new functionality for technology platforms; support users.
