Job summary

Molina Healthcare in Long Beach, CA, seeks a VP of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise analytics across Medicare, Medicaid, and other core programs. You will partner with the C-suite to set strategy, deliver AI-enabled insights, and govern data assets while building high-performing analytics teams.

The role focuses on translating complex data into actionable decisions that improve affordability, quality, and member outcomes.

Qualifications

At least 12 years in IT applications/coding in large organizations in managed care or equivalent.
At least 7 years of management/leadership experience.
Deep experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and AI-assisted development.
Experience with QA automation strategy at scale.
Experience with low-code platforms and enterprise architecture patterns.
Deep understanding of IT concepts including SDLC and ITGC.
Hands-on with .NET and Azure serverless technologies.
Experience with global delivery models and third-party consultancies.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise BI and analytics initiatives across Molina to improve affordability, quality, and provider performance.
Advise executives on data, analytics, and AI opportunities to drive measurable impact.
Build a portfolio of analytics solutions including dashboards, predictive insights, and decision-support capabilities.
Promote adoption of AI-enabled analytics and automation across the enterprise.
Establish data governance, definitions, and measurement frameworks.
