Job summary
Molina Healthcare seeks a VP of Data & Analytics to lead Enterprise Insights & BI across MedEcon, Payment Integrity, Claims, and core functions. You will partner with executive leaders to identify analytics opportunities, deliver scalable dashboards and predictive insights, and advance AI-driven decision making.
You will build and govern data programs, drive enterprise standards, and develop high-performing teams to deliver sustained value from Molina's data and AI investments.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience in IT/healthcare analytics and large-scale programs.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise BI, AI initiatives, and cross-functional delivery.
- Strong communication with C-suite and board audiences; executive presence required.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Insights and BI across Molina’s core functions and executives.
- Partner with leaders to identify analytics opportunities that improve outcomes and costs.
- Build a portfolio of dashboards, reports, and predictive insights at scale.
- Guide AI-enabled analytics and intelligent automation adoption to amplify impact.
- Establish governance, definitions, and metrics for trusted data across the enterprise.
- Develop high‑performing cross‑functional teams delivering insight‑to‑action solutions.
