• 8–12+ years of legal experience with cybersecurity, data security, privacy, or incident response in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Advise on legal and regulatory obligations for cybersecurity incidents and disclosures.
• Serve as primary legal advisor during cyber and data events, coordinating with IT, communications, and executive leadership.
• Draft and update cybersecurity policies, incident response plans, and governance materials.
