Deep expertise in technology transactions, privacy, cybersecurity, IP, and commercial contracting.
Experience leading legal teams and advising senior executives/boards.

Responsibilities

Oversee Corporate Services Legal and be a member of the Legal leadership team.
Lead a team focused on privacy and cyber security issues and coordinate with business partners.
Develop and execute legal strategy for technology transformation and risk management.
Advise executives on emerging legal risks, regulatory developments, and opportunities.
Mentor and develop a team of attorneys and external counsel.
