Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and security certifications preferred.
• 6+ years of information security experience, with finance industry context a plus.
• Experience with blockchain security, custody, and cryptographic controls is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber risk oversight for lines of business and legal entities within GCS.
• Develop threat models for digital assets, tokenization, and wallet operations.
• Translate risk into actionable control requirements for business and tech partners.
• Present executive-level risk metrics and cyber control results to leadership.
• Coordinate with architecture, security, privacy, and regulatory teams to define crypto risk controls.
• Monitor incident response readiness and strengthen cyber resiliency across functions.
• Challenge custody and key management designs, including HSM and MPC implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes and risk reporting.
