This dual-mandate, quota-carrying leadership role originates and closes transformation opportunities with new and existing DIG clients and guides the design and delivery of large-scale CX and contact center programs—covering operations redesign, digital/AI-led CX, and technology

• Proven track record delivering large-scale CX and contact center transformations.
• Experience selling and closing multi-million dollar engagements with C-suite executives.
