Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services is seeking a senior, customer-focused executive to lead Customer Engagement across the United States and Canada, reporting to the President & CEO. The role will shape the strategy for customer and dealer engagement across the financial services lifecycle and oversee customer-facing operations, digital channels, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer engagement, operations, digital strategy, or related fields.
Proven success leading large-scale customer organizations and transformational initiatives.
Experience overseeing customer-facing digital channels and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategy for customer and dealer engagement across the United States and Canada.
Oversee customer-facing operations, digital engagement, and organizational performance.
Lead transformation initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement.
Drive KPIs for customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business results.
Represent Customer Engagement with executive leadership and stakeholders.
