Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services seeks an experienced, customer-focused executive to lead Customer Engagement across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the President & CEO, the VP will define and execute engagement strategies, oversee customer-facing operations, digital channels, and performance metrics to strengthen loyalty and drive long-term success.

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer engagement, operations, or digital strategy.
Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams in complex environments.
Experience overseeing customer-facing digital channels (web/mobile).
Strong background in process optimization and business performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategy for customer and dealer engagement across the NA region.
Lead customer-facing operations, digital engagement, and process optimization to improve loyalty and business results.
Oversee multi-channel customer experiences and vendor relationships.
Champions continuous improvement and talent development within the organization.
Partner with exec leadership and brand stakeholders to align initiatives and measure impact.
