Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago, IL seeks a Credit Risk Business Manager – Vice President to support the CB Risk Leadership team. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets and headcount, and partner with Planning & Analysis to track performance and risk indicators.

You will lead a team, prepare executive materials, and use BI tools to enhance controls and processes in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Business Management, Operations, or Consulting.
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills with ability to tell the story on initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business management C&SI team day-to-day activities, tracking headcount and expenses.
• Organize complex information with design acumen using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Leverage BI tools to improve process efficiencies and controls.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Track forecast/actuals vs. plan and explain variance drivers to stakeholders.
• Investigate expense allocations and respond to ad-hoc queries.
• Prepare executive presentations and internal communications.
• Support departmental initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide guidance to two Associates in the team.
