As a Corporate Derivatives Accounting Structuring professional (VP level) within JPMorgan’s Global Corporate Structuring team, your primary responsibility will be to support senior members of the Corporate Structuring team and Corporate Derivatives Marketing (CDM) professionals in developing and originating corporate derivative transactions. This role requires practical knowledge of the application of U.S. GAAP hedge accounting guidance to transactions involving interest rate, foreign exchange and commodity price risk, as well as application of foreign currency and financing‑related accounting guidance. Qualified candidates should also have a strong understanding of regression and other quantitative analysis. Knowledge of IFRS is a plus given the global scope of the Corporate Structuring platform. This role requires close collaboration with the CDM team to deliver tailored solutions to the firm’s corporate clients.
