Job summary

The successful candidate will mentor staff, partner with networks, and provide strategic counsel while managing client expectations and budgets in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years public relations experience, corporate PR background preferred.
• Experience coordinating with agency partners in agency or in-house roles.
• Experience on corporate reputation campaigns across industries.
• Experience working with C-suite executives on executive visibility programs.
• BA or BS in Communications or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow positive relationships with clients, maintaining the company’s reputation in terms of delivery and quality.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and define logical, effective solutions.
• Lead the delivery of high-profile accounts across multiple markets.
• Execute client programs to support media relations, corporate events and executive visibility programs.
• Collaborate with partner agencies as part of a client-integrated team.
• Work with finance colleagues to deliver accurate quotations for projects.
• Write well-structured, persuasive content and train team colleagues.
• Contribute innovative ideas for client and new business work.
