Job summary

Somatus is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to manage growth partnerships and mergers and acquisitions strategies. This role requires working closely with the Executive Team to create investment and acquisition strategies, while providing analysis and financial modeling.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, alongside a bachelor's degree and extensive experience in corporate development.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of corporate development or investment banking experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Audit (Big 4) or Consulting, M&A, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
• Proven ability to drive deal execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth partnerships and manage mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with executive leaders on investment strategies.
• Create board and investor materials for transactions.
