Job summary

Somatus is seeking a Senior Vice President of Financial Planning to lead Corporate FP&A and operational finance, guiding the financial engine behind a mission-driven organization. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy with performance, drive capital planning, and prepare the company for scalable growth and a future IPO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in accounting or finance, with growth in rapidly evolving environments.
• MBA and CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience with publicly listed companies and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate FP&A and operational finance to drive smarter decisions and outcomes.
• Deliver forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning for executive and board review.
• Manage enterprise budget process and consolidate brand budgets into a single plan.
• Improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Support capital-raising by preparing due diligence materials and presenting the data.
• Develop long-term financial strategies to position the company for IPO.
• Collaborate with teams to structure pricing and contracts for profitability.
• Monitor analytics to identify cost trends and opportunities.
• Guide implementation teams on solution architecture and project delivery.
• Develop provider incentives and contracts in collaboration with operations teams.
• Communicate data insights in provider meetings using Renal IQ.
