• 10+ years in accounting or finance with leadership in scaling environments.
• MBA and CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in publicly traded companies and audit functions.
• Ability to partner across functions to drive financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management tied to key metrics and business drivers.
• Deliver timely financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Manage the enterprise budget process and consolidate brand-level budgets.
• Develop pricing and contracts in collaboration with engagement and operations teams.
• Support capital raising by preparing due diligence materials and presenting data.
• Align financial plans with strategic goals and IPO readiness.
