The role requires guiding a diverse team, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk, and communicating complex strategies to senior leaders using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with controls, audit, or risk management.
• Deep regulatory knowledge and ability to train others on risk practices.
• Designs and executes change management for complex initiatives.
• Builds cross-functional relationships across Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Leads cross-functional teams and promotes knowledge sharing.
• Analytical thinking with root-cause analysis and decision making.
• Experience in anti-fraud and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and execution of forward-thinking control strategies to proactively identify and neutralize compliance and operational risks
• Harness advanced data analytics, automation, and technology to decode business needs, anticipate trends, and deliver solutions that elevate the control environment
• Lead anti-fraud and cybersecurity initiatives to ensure operations are fortified and agile against emerging threats
