Community Medical Centers is seeking a strategic Vice President, Controller to lead accounting, accounts payable and core financial operations. You will shape financial strategy, strengthen controls and guide executive decisions across the health system.

You will manage a team of 40+ professionals, influence enterprise-wide reporting and ensure compliance while advancing the organization's mission and patient care objectives in California.

Qualifications

• Significant executive-level experience in financial leadership within a large healthcare or complex organization, with oversight of multiple financial disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, accounts payable and core financial operations while leading a high-performing team of 40+ professionals.
• Shape financial strategy and strengthen systems and controls to mitigate risk.
• Provide executive-level guidance that supports critical business decisions across the organization.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy and compliance of enterprise-wide accounting and reporting.
• Contribute to mission-driven objectives and long-term financial planning.
