The candidate will mentor accounting staff, support management, analyze property performance, and drive process improvements to boost accuracy and timeliness. Strong GAAP knowledge and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, train and develop the accounting staff.
• Provide accounting support to management and tenant billing.
• Analyze monthly property operating statements and explain variances.
• Ensure all reports comply with US GAAP and are consistent across periods.
• Review cash flow forecasts for monthly reporting.
• Improve processes through automation and efficiency enhancements.
• Stay current on US GAAP changes and assess impact.
• Review accounts receivable and provisioning for doubtful accounts.
