SanMar seeks a Vice President, Controller to lead finance operations, oversee accounting, payroll, and treasury, and partner on acquisitions. You will drive process modernization, strengthen controls, and deliver accurate financial reporting for a complex, growing organization.

You will manage a large team across AP/AR/Payroll/Banking, collaborate with CFO, and steward enterprise-wide accounting policy and internal controls in a fast-paced, multi-national environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred; MBA or advanced degree valued.
• Experience leading large, multifunctional finance teams at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a large, multifunctional Finance Operations organization with accountability and service culture.
• Establish governance, controls, and performance metrics for Finance Operations.
• Build scalable processes and leadership capabilities to support growth and complexity.
• Provide executive oversight to Technical Accounting and related functions; ensure timely financial reporting.
