AgCountry Farm Credit Services seeks a VP Content Marketing to direct the Associations' content marketing strategy and programming. Lead collaborative efforts to differentiate our Associations with industry insights and expertise.

Develop dynamic, customized content for customers via technology platforms and work with senior leaders to deliver integrated plans. The role emphasizes multi-channel content creation, editing, and distribution, with a focus on engaging customers throughout the buyer

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in agriculture lending or agriculture sales and marketing with emphasis in technology, adult education or information technology systems.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create a comprehensive vision and strategy for content marketing across the Associations.
• Develop and manage a multi-channel content editorial calendar for customers, prospects, teammates and market at large.
• Demonstrate understanding of customer behavior trends and teammate selling process, with emphasis on client engagement at all buyer stages.
