Valent U.S.A. LLC is seeking a Creative Content Manager to develop and manage engaging content that communicates the value of our crop protection products to growers and industry partners. This role blends creativity with scientific understanding to translate complex concepts into clear, compliant messaging.

The position requires 4–7 years in content creation or management, a related Bachelor’s degree, and experience with video production and Salesforce. Hybrid or office-based work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or related field.
• 4–7 years of content creation or content management experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in agriculture or chemical marketing.
• Understanding of agronomy, crop protection, agribusiness and grower decision-making cycles.
• Experience with video production and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee content for digital and print channels.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for U.S. crop portfolios.
• Translate technical information into farmer-friendly messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, regulatory, and sales teams, plus agencies.
• Manage content calendars and deadlines across multiple portfolios.
• Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and messaging consistency.
• Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights.
• Stay informed on agricultural trends and industry best practices.
