AgCountry Farm Credit Services, based in Fargo, ND, seeks a VP Content Marketing to lead the Associations' content strategy and programming, differentiating them with industry insights and expertise. You will collaborate across teams to deliver integrated content plans for customers, prospects and partners.

The role emphasizes dynamic content development, editorial leadership, and performance analytics across digital channels, with travel as needed to engage customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in agriculture lending or agriculture sales and marketing with emphasis in technology, adult education or information technology systems.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy across the Associations.
• Oversee writing, editing and development of content for digital marketing campaigns, customer education needs, blogs, newsletters/magazines, eBooks and white papers.
• Build and leverage relationships with subject matter experts to amplify and boost content efforts.
• Oversee optimization of content for search engines and social media to increase visibility and engagement.
• Drive department center of excellence on use of AI to accelerate content generation effort.
