You will craft narratives across internal channels, produce podcasts and narrative audio, and lead end-to-end production with deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications

• 5+ years in content strategy, corporate communications, journalism or related field.
• Expert-level writing, storytelling, and editing aligning with strategic goals.
• Experience in audio production: podcasts or narrative audio stories.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to influence senior executives.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Team player who motivates others to contribute to a shared vision.
• Integrity, maturity, dependability and a positive professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Craft a wide range of written materials for internal storytelling and executive communications.
• Script, conceptualize, and produce audio content including podcasts and interviews for internal app.
• Analyze content performance and deliver regular insights to stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end production lifecycle for multiple content projects from brief to publication.
